The Annual General Meeting is changed and will be held virtually 28 March

Finansforbundet in Nordea invites all members to our Annual General Meeting. Due to corona virus the Annual General Meeting will be held virtually 28 March from 10:00 am to 12:30 pm. That means we will not meet physically 27-28 March in Scandic Copenhagen as originally planned.

We have chosen to keep the original date and instead change the set-up and in this way ensure we avoid spreading corona virus and have a functioning board. The Annual General Meeting will be held in a shorter format, but all formalities will be met.

The Annual General Meeting will be held in Danish. If you have some knowledge of Danish, we encourage you to participate. You can sign up at this page. Sign up no later than 20 March.

If you are already registered, we hope that you still wish to to attend the Annual General Meeting virtually. If this is the case, you don’t need to anything - however, make sure you are registered with an e-mail address that you can reach (see below)

If you already have signed up but can no longer join

If you haven’t signed up for the Annual General Meeting but wish to attend

Use the email address you can access 28 March
A few days before the Annual General Meeting begins, you will receive a link to the virtual Annual General Meeting. The link will be sent to the e-mail address that you have set as your preferred e-mail address and which is the one you receive newsletters from Finansforbundet. If you are eligible to vote, this is also the email address you receive a voting link for when it’s time to vote. You will receive the link at the time the conductor initiates the vote.

It is very important that you have access to this mail account Saturday 28 March.

To change your preferred email address, go to Finansforbundet.dk and click on Mit Forbund (click here for direct link). Scroll down to the E-mail og nyhedsbreve section and click Ret (Edit) (if you do not get the option to edit, click again).

Make sure the two email addresses are correct and specify whether your preferred email address is your private or work email (see below). You must have updated with the correct, preferred email address by Friday 20 March!

Cancellation and refund for trips to Copenhagen
If you have ordered flight or train tickets to attend the Annual General Meeting on 27-28 March in Copenhagen, please cancel them yourself. DSB tickets are refundable at https://www.dsb.dk/coronavirus/refundering. For refusion of flight tickets, contact your airline.

If you do NOT have the opportunity to get your tickets refunded, Finansforbundet in Nordea will cover your expenses. Members must fill out the “Udgiftsbilag” (expense document) (click on the link), union representatives should use zExpense.
The change of the Annual General Meeting means that you do not have the opportunity to spend the night at Scandic Copenhagen 27-28 March.
